An excellent vintage produced from 100% Montepulciano grapes picked early for optimum fresh, clean acidity and processed with a very short skin contact prior to pressing. The wine was then aged nine months on its lees in a concrete egg. The result, a pale hue, rich in texture and minerality, fresh and vivacious. Best served chilled.
