Master WineGrower, Jeffery Landolt’s love of organic farming began in 2005 during his first job as a vineyard laborer. The revelation that farming practices can positively affect local environments resonated so deeply that he made a decision to devote his career to organic, biodynamic winegrowing.
Jeffery’s undergraduate degrees are in international business and Spanish, but when his life’s passion became organic winegrowing, he went on to receive a master’s degree in agricultural science with a specialty in viticulture.
Jeffery came to Ramiiisol bringing 16 years of experience in organic winegrowing from California, Washington State, Canada, Chile, as well as his home state of Oregon, where he grew up in the Willamette Valley. Most importantly, Jeffery shares the owner’s passion and long-term commitment to Jefferson’s dream of making world-class Virginia wines sustainably within our holistic, biodiverse Ramiiisol Territorium.
