– Thomas Jefferson “Good wine is a necessity of life for me.”

Our Team

Robbie Corpora - Master Winegrower

Robbie CorporaRobbie Corpora, Master Winegrower, spent his youth in his family’s vineyards in Afton, Virginia. Prior to joining Ramiiisol Vineyards he worked in Virginia’s wine industry as a vineyard manager and consultant, knowing that great wines are made in the vineyard. Since joining Ramiiisol he has deepened his knowledge of natural artisanal winegrowing through visits to France, Argentina, Portugal, and principally Italy where vintners and mentors have shared their passion for natural and sustainable farming as well as their ancestral traditions of wine growing.

Drew Buckley, DipWSET - Winegrower/Sales & Marketing

Drew Buckley, DipWSET - Winegrower/Sales & MarketingDrew Buckley graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Environmental Sciences and a B.A. in Music. After an internship at Ramiiisol in 2020, he realized that the world of wine is the perfect combination of his passions, ecology, atmospheric science and the arts. Drew’s chief responsibilities are to shepherd the evolution of Ramiiisol’s wines from harvest to bottling. He is also working to further develop his skills in the vineyard. While at Ramiiisol, visits to Italy and Argentina have provided Drew the opportunity to learn hands-on from some of the top producers in the world. Additionally, he has completed the Wine & Spirit Education Trust’s (WSET) Diploma Program.
