Our Biodynamic Practices
Since 2015, we have farmed using biodynamic and organic methods. Each year we embark upon a number of natural treatments aimed at enhancing the vines immune system, balancing the microbiome, and generally avoiding disease by maintaining good health rather than killing the “bad” pathogens. We take special care in composting materials to achieve specific ends in soil health. We apply special teas and concoctions by paint and spray in order to promote the immune system of our vines and our entire holistic ecosystem. Additionally we do our best in both our vineyards and our winery to carry out the timing of each task in synchrony with the natural forces of the solar system.
