A careful blend selectively crafted from the best of our best performing blocks in 2014. The long and steady ripening during August and September and the contrasting cool nights and hot days of summer 2014 allowed each block to be precisely harvested according to their individual ripeness and flavors over a 3 week period. Portions of our two best performing blocks made up the Riserva Cabernet Franc blend. They were vinified separately and after 1 year were blended into two large Slovenian oak casks and aged for an additional 2 years, 8 months. The wine was bottled in May of 2018 and subsequently has been bottle aging in our Ramiiisol cellars.
